Thank You*

Yesterday I lost my hero, my rock, and a part of my spirit. Yesterday .... I lost my mother. She was the strongest, most loving and giving person you would have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Lord for lending her to me. Thank you for giving me the honor of being there with her till the end and thank you for giving her the strength to reassure me, even if only with a deep breath that she loved me too...


I was honored to take time away from this blog to dedicate to her and her care.  Thank you for continuing to spread the love...

  1. Although we don't know one another, I've got tears in my eyes. I always enjoyed your blog and wondered what had happened. I know saying "I'm sorry" doesn't lessen the pain... Nonetheless, I'm sorry for your loss. I'm sure your mom appreciated having you by her side more than you can ever imagine. Cynthia

  2. Cynthia, thank you. I am sorry for the late response, It's just taken me a while to get back in the swing of things. I thank you for keeping me in your thoughts and your kindness. As I said in my last post, sometimes we have to put our wants aside for others needs. My mom needed me, but at times I feel I may have needed her more. She is truly missed and I hope to honor her memory by getting back to this blog and doing what she wanted for all of us.... to be happy. Until then, thank you for spreading the love*
